General Terms and Conditions of Apex Sports City (Academies & Gym)
The Sports City management is not responsible for compensating the subscriber for any loss of personal belongings while inside the Sports City; however, the necessary assistance will be provided if the subscriber notifies management of such loss.
All paid amounts are refundable within 24 hours after payment. Days that the subscriber did not attend and did not benefit from cannot be compensated.
The subscriber must wear the official uniform and appropriate footwear in accordance with the instructions of the activity supervisor.
The subscriber must comply with the instructions of the coaching staff, respect members and all Sports City employees, and refrain from any verbal or physical assault. Should this occur, the Sports City management has the right to cancel the subscriber's membership (or booking in the case of a rental) and take all legal action against them.
The Sports City management reserves the full right to cancel the membership of any subscriber who violates the rules or causes damage to the equipment, property, or facilities of the Sports City.
The subscriber or renter must preserve the safety of the tools or facilities they use. Management has the right to claim financial compensation from the subscriber or renter for vandalism or damage to sports tools and equipment, or for failing to exercise sufficient care in preserving the safety of the Sports City facilities.
The subscriber must keep all Sports City facilities clean.
The Sports City management disclaims any responsibility for injuries resulting from improper use of the equipment or facilities and from failure to follow the required safety procedures.
An annual GYM subscriber may freeze their membership for no more than 30 days, requested at least two months before the subscription ends. The first freeze is free; a fee of 50 SAR applies for each additional freeze within the stated periods.
There is no membership freeze for children's academies (Swimming, Gymnastics, Karate, Basketball, Football, and CrossFit) except in two cases only: a medical excuse or travel, with supporting evidence of the case. Compensation is capped at one month only, provided the remaining subscription period is not less than two weeks. If a freeze is requested without a valid excuse, a fee of 50 SAR is charged for each freeze.
A six-month GYM subscriber may freeze their membership for no more than 15 days, requested at least one month before the subscription ends. The first freeze is free; a fee of 50 SAR applies for each additional freeze within the stated periods.
Management has the right to cancel the entire freeze period if it finds that the subscriber used the GYM facilities during the freeze.
The subscriber must adhere to the pool safety instructions and comply with the lifeguards' directions while inside the pool or its surroundings. The Sports City management disclaims responsibility for any drowning incidents (God forbid) resulting from non-compliance.
Pool supervisors have the right to require subscribers to wear swimwear that meets specific requirements.
The Sports City management disclaims responsibility for any skin rash or skin allergy that may be caused by the chlorine used in the pool.
Parents and companions of the subscriber are strictly prohibited from entering the field, pool, and the facilities designated for activities. They must remain in the designated seating areas.
A renter of the sports facilities must adhere to the rental times allocated to their booking. The Sports City management has the right to cancel the booking if the renter is more than fifteen minutes late from the actual start time of the booking, in the event the full rental amount was not paid in advance.
Use of the membership by anyone other than the registered beneficiary is prohibited. The membership is personal and may not be assigned or shared with others, except after prior coordination and approval from the Subscriptions Department.
Management has the right to close the Sports City or part of it for the purpose of development, periodic maintenance, cleaning, or emergencies, and management may compensate the subscriber accordingly.
Smoking inside the Sports City is strictly prohibited. Bringing in food and beverages from outside the Sports City is also prohibited.
The subscriber consents to photography or video during training sessions and to its publication on Apex City's social media accounts.
The facility management permits playing music in the corridors and training halls by trainers or department officials only.
Using the rear walkway belonging to King Faisal University is strictly prohibited, unless the subscriber is a resident or employee of the university.
Parents bear full responsibility for their children inside and outside the facility. Subscribers must wait for their transportation or car inside the Sports City and not go out to the external street. The facility management disclaims responsibility for any actions, accidents, or damages resulting from lack of supervision, negligence, or violation thereof.
